Land for Sale being Coveted due to Drop in Prices

Everyone knows that independent houses are far more spacious and allow for a backyard, a large living room and flexibility in house plan. However, land for sale has never been cheap and this has kept many people from making investments in independent homes even though they have wanted to.

Prices of land for sale had been on a constant increase for many years and this had reached such a level that the prices were exorbitant. The situation was such that those who thought about purchasing a home would not even consider land for sale as an option that they could explore. Land for sale was just not in the consideration set of most first time home buyers.

However, land for sale prices have fallen by a percentage and a half in the recent past. This has suddenly created an interest in the real estate market with regards to land for sale. Many people who were staying clear of land for sale due to the price factor alone are now considering the option as something they can at least discuss with their mortgage companies.

The drop in land for sale prices has been caused due to the economy. It is also fuelled by large developments in housing in suburban areas for the population in the state that is growing fast. With many immigrants coming into Melbourne, the demand for more housing was met by developmental activities. High availability of land for sale and land and home packages has made the option extremely viable for many people. This may, therefore, be the perfect time to make an investment and look for land for sale.

The oil pressure in my 99 gmc suburban drops when the car idles. Is this the oil pump or main bearings?

More than likely main bearings. Usually when an oil pump goes on a GM, it goes. It'll send low oil pressure throughout the driving range, not just at idle. My suggestion though is, as it always is, if you're going to remove an oil pan to repace either, you're right there, you may as well go ahead and replace the pump and bearings.
