Hi looking for some help in wiring a UK telephone master socket.?

I'm changing over from a NTE5 type wall plate to a LJU8 wall plate, and the wiring we have is Grey/Brown/Blue/Orange/Green plus 5 whites,
I've checked out the net and it's only telling me the new colour codes, green/white, orange/white, green/white strips.
