Can anyone identify this bearing? Its from a cequent (reese) winch.?

Aparently this company sucks. They do not sell replacement parts for their winchs. They only replace a whole unit from warrenty of 1 year. Regardless, I know I need a bearing. Anyone know where, whom, or what type of bearing this is? There are no labeling on inner or outer races. Its sealed and lubrictated. its a drum bearing.
i'll have to take it to school and get some measurements see what size diameter it is, it's easier when you got a shelf full of bolts

It looks like what you have is a sealed flanged bearing. You will have to have the inside diameter, outside diameter and the thickness to order a replacement. Here is one that I found, but without the specific measurements, can't help much more. It can be either inch or metric.
