How much money is needed to repair/replace a collapsing wall seperating 2 different levels of ground?

This is my problem, My yard and my neighbors yard are on 2 different levels. My yard is the higher yard and it is seperated from the lower yard by a cement wall. The cement wall is now collapsing into my neighbors yard due to all the constant pressure on it and needs to be replace/fixed.How should i go about fixing this problem, or about how much would it cost to replace a wall that is about 10 ft high 15 ft long and 10 inches thick? I dont think a patch job would be a permanent solution but is it nescesary to construct a new wall?

This is definately not a patch job thing. You need to remove the wall, with your neighbors permission as you're going to be tearing up his yard as well to get this out. You'll have to di with a backhoe/trackhoe on your side to get the new wall straight when the forms are put in. You'll need lots of rebar, heavy stuff like 5/8ths inch or better. Then you'll need to put some anchors away from the wall in your yard. I would say it's best if you hire someone to put up this retaining wall. If it ever falls over and hurts someone, they'll be coming to you for compensation.
