How to Make the Best Round Pancakes with an Ebelskiver Pan

Valhalla awaits the hungry Viking in your family!  Make delicious round pancakes called Ebelskivers for your loved ones. This is a perfect way to give your family something different for breakfast or for any other time for that matter, even a late night feast.  Ebelskivers or Aebleskivers is Danish for "sliced apples", even though most recipes do not call for apples.  Besides a good recipe, the other important tool you need to make Ebelskiver pancakes is a sturdy Ebelskiver Pan.

Ingredients needed to make the best ebelskivers are 2 cups of flour, 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt, 2 cups buttermilk, 3 eggs separated, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.   The key to the fluffiest ebelskiver pancakes is to beat the 3 egg whites stiff and fold them into the batter prior to frying.  Place a small amount of batter into the hot oil in each well and fry turning the dough with a knitting needle as it browns.  This creates the round pancake which as a crispy outside and fluffy, light cake inside.  Roll in powder sugar and serve with raspberry or strawberry jam.

If you just want to replace a light fixture you should be able to remove the old one and attach the new one the same way the old one was attached. If somebody wired in a new light fixture in the ceiling without a junction box and you want to correct this, they make boxes that have expansion mounting joints on them that you can mount to the rafters from below. You put the telescoping tube through the 4" ceiling light mounting hole, unscrew it until the ends meet the rafters then unscrew it some more while the two ends dig into the rafters. Then you attach your junction box and bring your wires into the box. IF I didn't understand your question, sorry. Add some explanation to it and somebody will surely be able to help you here.
