What car is this part number off of (gm 16510564 la 2) it's a marker light?

Someone side swiped my car in the middle of the night and took off when i was asleep and part of the maker light was left..and a crap load of damage to my car.

auto zone you car cross refence but i doubt you will find him part no. are used on manny cars
