When you say "call center", if you mean 3 people working 3 shifts of 8 hours a day, 24/7, that would be pushing it. Many VoIP providers will say "unlimited calls", but they could claim a call center is overdoing it.

There have been a few reports of people using Magic Jack very heavily and then getting a warning that they are abusing the system compared to most business or residential users (limit may be 3k minutes month, but nobody knows minute limit #).

I would think a call center would need more sophisticated VoIP system than a bunch of computers with Magic Jacks in each one. But, maybe not if it was only used 8-9 hours 5 days a week. I guess it depends on how many calls you mean by the word numerous.
